If you would like to participate in our classes then let us know in advance. We have a referral process that acts as an induction. This enables us to assess your needs and gives you an opportunity to meet your instructor prior to class. Before attending you must have a completed referral form. The form can be completed by your GP, stroke nurse or physiotherapist.

Every Tuesday from 12:00-1:00pm and 13:15-14:15
Every Wednesday from 11:30-12:30pm and 13:00-14:00pm (this class is held in the gym with physiotherapist supervision).
