Step Ahead Aberdeen
Step Ahead Aberdeen is a community based exercise after stroke group that was formed in 2013. Group members participate in evidence based exercise after stroke classes ran by a fully qualified physiotherapist with a specialist exercise after stroke instructor qualification.
Step Ahead Aberdeen is affiliated to Chest, Heart & Stroke Scotland.
The aim of the classes is to support the long term physical fitness, health and well-being of stroke survivors. Valuable peer support is also an important factor for individuals and their family and friends.
We welcome participants from Aberdeen, Aberdeenshire and surrounding areas.
